A small, empty factory building. A garage, one room and toilets on the ground floor, a loft area with roof access and another room upstairs.

It's currently zoned as residential but that was mainly so that I could put the mailbox/trashcan in sensible places – it's not livable as is (but it could certainly be converted, or turned into a community lot and used as teen hangout or custom workplace or something).

The lot size is 20x25; most of the screens below are taken after I placed it on a slightly larger lot (I didn't change anything but adjust the the terrain paint a little bit). The "LotOverview" one shows the actual lot borders (this is where I packaged it). Prices below (F = "furnished", U = unfurnished) are when placed on a 20x25 lot.


Built in 1.8.25.

Base game content only, but it requires Riverview (otherwise the water tank and boxes will be missing).
