Bonjour! is a French family home featuring 7 livable bedrooms (including pool house) and 4 bathrooms (including pool house bathroom).
Overview:
There are two master bedrooms, The Azure Master Bedroom and The Golden Master Bedroom. Each of them features a double-bed, a mini-living room set, several "Fountain of Flowers", a dresser, a desk and a bathroom.
The driveway fits 2 cars, the garage fits one. There is a bedroom located above the garage complete with its own bathroom. Along the left side of the house there is a gazebo, on the right there is a bridge over a pond. Behind the house there is a picnic table and a swimming pool.
Upon entering the home there would be a kitchen (The Green Kitchen) on the left-most part of the short Front Hall. Beside the stairs there would be a meeting room (The Yellow Room) that may be transformed into a living room. At the end of the Front Hall you would find the library which could also be used as an office. From the library you could access The Red Dining Room which overlooks the picnic table and from the left side the swimming pool. From the library you can also access The Azure Room, which is one of the two master bedrooms. The Azure Room has the largest bathroom which also overlooks the pool area.
From the stairs there is the Turquoise Room, which is the only bedroom in the house to have single beds. It contains two. The Lavender room is located opposite to the Turquoise Room and contains a double-bed, a dresser and an easel. The Lilac and Baby Blue rooms are located opposite each other and are practically mirrors to each other's design. Covering almost a third of the entire floor (like the Azure Room) is the Golden Master Bedroom. It features everything the Azure Bedroom does plus a couple of mirrors.
Story:
I was looking through the lots in several Sims sites for my large family (I had two couples and was expecting to have a few kids) when I got agitated by either the lot size (it's usually too big), the room count (I needed a lot of rooms), or the vineyard (My Sims don't garden) whenever I come across a pretty French home to the point that I decided to make my own.
Because of this, Bonjour! is a French home with no vineyard (so the people who don't like gardening don't have to worry about tending to that unwanted garden each day or the empty space when they decide to take it out), a not-too-huge lot (for better performance), and plenty of rooms for other Sims to live in. It also features a pool house which could be used as a live-in maid's room or an au pair's bedroom. And also because this house was built to accommodate several Sims, what should have been the living room has been transformed into something that can actually hold all residents at once.

Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
