This is the home where I'm using in my main game, raising a third generation of Sekemotos. Built completely by me and added on as the family earned more money, it has taken two generations to add a second floor. As I was building the second floor, I decided it looked nice, so I wanted to share it with others. Although it is expensive at $92,486, it costs $51,525 unfurnished.
It's a plain looking house from the outside, with a killer backyard and a crazy second floor. (In my personal opinion)
The lot measurements are 30x30, nice and easy to place. In Sunset Valley, I would reccomend either of these empty lots that are pre-placed by EA, so you don't have to create a new lot. However, the measurements are pretty common, so it works well in other areas too.
With five bedrooms and one room for three babies, you can easily have a family of eight living comfortably.
I consider the two bedrooms on the first floor to be "parent rooms", away from the children and teenagers on the second floor. However, the nicest bedroom is this one, located on the second floor, if you are thinking of the best master bedroom.
I used two custom content items that are just accessories, but for the complete identical look you can find them here:

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
