Overview:
With the launching of the new expansion pack, Sims 3 Late Night, I kind of missed our traditional French homes and such. However, most of they do not play well with the new expansion; they always lack a few rooms or such. Je t'aime was created for this purpose: to serve as a party house while at the same time, maintaining its French elegance.
Je t'aime features 2 double bedrooms (red and blue), 1 single bedroom (with 2 single bed) which allows a maximum of 6 occupants (unless you add more beds, and there is space for that) as well as 3 bathrooms (one of them with laundry items ready).
In the first floor you can find the kitchen (cream), dining room (blue), study area (red) and living room (gold). Behind the house there is the ballroom, which you may add special Late Night objects to in able to create a party atmosphere. Outside there is a bridge connecting the ballroom to the bar, curving over the large pool. There is a second bridge connecting the house (over the pool) to a small shed that contains an elevator that leads to a 3-car underground parking lot (this totals a mximum of 5 cars in the house at any given time).
The interior of the house was decorated in such a way that the rich and famous would like to live in: the red bedroom was decorated with clothing racks and a drafting table for the fashion-conscious mistress (or man); the blue bedroom was decorated especially for the devoted virtuoso. The yellow bedroom was created for the young children (or butler) of the house: it is simple, barely any furnishing, yet boasts a unique ambience of home.
You can find many skill objects here: let it be musical instruments (we have at least one of each) or the chess table. Also, for those who would want to install a private gate (available in LN), the fences allow just enough space for it.
Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price:
Furnished: $296 664
Unfurnished: $161 304

Thanks to Dale for having watched me (in a sense) while I built this lot! Je t'aime!
