I saw this house design http://www.coastalhomeplans.com/plan-detail-1603.php and knew it would be great for my sims. I did have to change the original floor plan of this house to make it more sims friendly. The colors that I choose for this beach house were that of the beach and ocean: blues, greys, yellows, and greens. The upstairs bedroom and the study have great views of the beach and ocean.
