This was in fact the first house i ever made for TS3, i have had it lurking for quite a while i thought i would finally upload it here to MTS!

This is a 2 up 1 down house
It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and then a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room on the ground floor 
The house also has a swimming pool and BBQ area out back. The house is now fully furnished so i hope you enjoy it! Just to let you know, i have put the lot as 3x3 because it is 30x30 in game! Also the 2 prices are furnished and unfurnished prices!
