Hay eveyone my first sims 3 House is finaly up, My beach house with a view, So i got a few ideas off a few other people and i put them all together to make a beach front house with a very nice veiw from just about every room.



This shows the whole house and the beach area around in front of the house.



The pool area and the back side of the house



The Sitting room looking from the top bedroom



And last of all the Loung and Kitchen area and down to the sitting room to the right.

So the house is 4 Bedrooms 6 1/2 Bathrooms and plenty of room for entertaining those guests, Has a two car garage lots of computers and great views.

Also i have been told that this does work on the normal sims 3 so you don't need WA to run it.

I think that is about it be sure to leave comments on to what i should build next.
