to build a home under $100,000, with no cc.(This was a hard task, as recently i lost all my cc.....started to re download it all and came across a heap of other wonderfull stuff that is hard not to use )So the Montrose home is on a small lot with a sloped underground driveway.
Its main floor consists of a small..ish...kitchen with a pantry and bright seating area. As well as a half bathroom and a lovely living area.
The basement level is the bedroom, which also has the full bathroom.
Although it is all furnished, I left some space for you to do with as you wish. It is ready to move in right now though!
