Here is small house I had buildt long ago. The public beach is just across the street. This is a 2 story house with following basics:



Downstairs:

- Bathroom
- open 1 big room with kitchen, study- and living room
- Back yard with lot of free space

Upstairs:

- Bedroom with double bed and roof terrace
- Bedroom with single bed and roof terrace

On the right side of the house I used small windows with shutters because I don´t want the neighbour to look into my rooms :-)

It´s different to the last uploads, but perfect for a family with child
