I recently installed the Celebration stuff pack and I was hoping for some really great new houses. I was quite disappointed to find sitting in my houses bin, the house named Fiesta Fortress. With its poor floor plan and atrociously decorated living areas, I decided to give it a make over.
I kept the foundation the same and just moved a few walls around, landscaped the yard and put on a better roof. The house is still 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The floor plan is as follows:
First Floor:
2 parking spaces (and room to add more or even a garage)
Living room
Combined eat-in kitchen and dining room
Steps to the back yard
Mud room / pantry
Second Floor:
2 bedrooms (One is considered the master because of an en suite bathroom)
2 bathrooms
The house comes completely unfurnished and is priced at $56,117.
