It's so hard for a Sim just starting out to find a cozy, comfortable house s/he can afford! Luckily, I've made this one. The yard is even landscaped, with room to add a pool in back! No space for a driveway, sadly, but that's why Sim!God gave Sims legs, right?




Here we see the layout. It's got a good sized living room and full kitchen, a full bathroom, a master bedroom, and a room your Sims can use as a second bedroom once any kidlets come along.




The backyard features a patio and some landscaping, as well as enough room to put in a pool or garden, or a playground for the aforementioned kidlets.


This house is custom content free, so please feel free to redecorate! Blue might not be everyone's cup of tea, after all (but it sure goes with the shutters). The house is fully furnished, including bookcase, easel, dresser, and TV, as well as being hooked up to the phone, fire and police services.
