Just like to say first, that this lot is my entry for round 2 in the foundation challenge!

This lot is extremly modern. Lots of unusualy shaped walls, and walls where walls would be expected to be.
This lot is on a 30x30 lot, and, clearly, is modern.
The colours of this lot are welll thought out, as are the shapes and the lines - all adding up to create a masterpeice of a 30x30 peice of land.
The lot costs, furnished, 178,277, and unfurnished, 82,875.
