I present to you, 25 CrumbleTop Lane. It is a cozy starter with 2 levels. The interior as it is fits 2 sims, but could be reworked once they have more money to fit more sims, e.g if your sims have a child after moving in, then they have the whole pregnancy and the time before the baby becomes a child to earn enough money to place some walls and furniture.
