I've always wanted to have universal community lot... Well, it's very hard to put everything in one place, but I think I made this one quite varied.
Inside this beautiful park you can find:
- labyrinth,
- picnic area,
- pond,
- children's playgroud,
- small scene, where you can give a guitar performance,
- lot of showpieces from every corner of Simworld,
- four-storeyed, tree-shaped construction.
On the first floor you'll find small museum of art - every corner represented different kind of art: egyptian, chinese, european and some of junk / homemade pieces.
When you'll get to second floor, you can leave your children in nursery school and enjoy practicing your sport or martial arts skills in the gym area. You can also take a shower after exhausting training.
Third floor is the area of relaxation. You can get a drink in minibar or eat something from the fridge always full of delicious snacks.
On the fourth floor you can put to work your grey cells. Choose betwen a chessboard and a telescope, read some books or surf in the internet... Or, if you want, just enjoy beautiful views.
