This is a recreation of the beautiful house in The O.C. that the Cohen's live in.

This fully furnished mansion is equipped with one Kitchen, two Dining Rooms, two Lounge rooms, Laundry, a Fireplace, an Office, three Bedrooms, a very large Entertainment room, four Bathrooms, an Outdoor Pool, Pool House and a three car port Garage.

In a quiet secured location with a view of the mountains, it's no wonder this house makes it's way into everyone’s dreams.


Unfortunately there are no plans of upstairs so I created it all based on all the exterior photos.
