Hi Folks,

another small home for beginners, feels like "FOR RENT" with average furniture like everyone knows from moving often in these pre-furnished houses for 2 adults and 2 kids.....
Nothing spectacular but REAL LIFE!

Costs: 62.757
Living, 2 bedrooms (kids have to share it: teen/toddler), 2 baths (one shower, one tube), small garden with playground and sandpit.

Move in and bring your own deco and private stuff!
