Tropical Beach House

Since I can’t seem to find inspiration on my own lately! I have been looking for different pics on the net. But this time someone has requested a couple of lots, so here is the first one.

It was built on a newly placed 40 x 40 just down the beach from Recurve Strand in Sunset.

The lowest level has the laundry hut, kitchen / dinning / family room.
The second level has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bath.
The top level has another bath and the TV / rec room.
There are several decks. Closest to the master is a reading / painting deck and on down from that is another deck with a firepit and ocean fish around it.
On the front is a large sitting deck and down from the back is a swim deck. I just couldn’t see having a beach house and not being able to swim in the ocean, you won’t be in the ocean but it is as close as I can get.
On the top level is a side deck with the look out telescope and a weight bench.

To get the look you will need a thatched roof. There are several around but I used:
