Elegant Estate for the Sims that want a little romance! This estate can easily home up to 6 Sims. The lot has a swimming pool, play area, drive, pond, deck, 2 balconies and sitting garden.



Felicity with 3 bedrooms is the third in my series of Elegant Estates, built at 100 Redwood Parkway. They are built on the 3 cliff top lots in Sunset Valley. The first one was Serenity with 4 bedrooms, built at 180 Redwood Parkway. The second was Tranquility with 5 bedrooms, built at 130 Redwood Parkway.
