Modern home for a family with teenage children. The pool house out back got a couple levels added to it to accommodate the teenagers and their toys! Best of all it can easily be renovated into attached yet separate grandparent quarters when the family grows.

The Main Level has:
Living area
Dinning room
Kitchen
Full Guest Bath
Home Theater
Study / Den
2 balconies
Access to pool house

The Upstairs has:
Master Bedroom with own Bath
2 child rooms
2 baths plus tub room
2 balconies, one with access to the pool house

The lower level has:

Star Gazing Balcony

And we can’t forget the pool and hot tub!

I have a furnished as pictured zip and an unfurnished zip. The unfurnished is - move a sim in, test house, move sim out and they strip it. I did add a single piece of furniture in each of the downstairs rooms to signify what each room is, because what is obvious to the builder is sometimes not so obvious to the downloader.
