Thanks to Ciane from the Foundational Building Social Group who provided the base for the house and the idea. We were given a 6x8 concrete slab on a 10x10 lot to build on as we wished but we neded to have enough space to park a car and keep at under 16,500 simoleons. I prefer my original design but it used a lot of EA Store windows and a door (see original pics HERE). So here is a rebuilt version with WA alternatives instead. It has been a perfect home for my Artist Sim.
Price furnished 16,430 and unfurnished 12,566.
Fits a tiny 10x10 lot.
