Abandoned Victorian School

They don't speak of it, the inhabitants of sunset valley. For some of them it's too long ago to remember anyway. On May 18th 1969 4 lives were lost at this school. An overworked teacher just cracked and shot 3 children. He then turned the gun on himself. The school was immediately closed and a new school was built within months as if to wash out the memories from the locals. The events caused such shock and disbelief amongst the people that it was never really spoken of again. The original school is left as was, some items have been looted, others burned for firewood and it has had occasional use by desperate squatters with nowhere else to go.

So use it as you want - a skanky hangout, renovate it for another purpose or use it for the unlucky few who can't afford 'proper' school as it'll work with rabbithole mats. It even contains 2 classrooms - yes they disappear inside the mat 'rabbithole' for school but the kids will use the desks etc for doing their homework. It also contains grungy but working showers (not all functon due to their positioning), fridge, toilets, bookcases and more.
