I was working on this little retirement paradise project just before the Sims3 was released, and I never got around to finishing it. I have finally finished! I hope you like the result.

It is a remodel of 290 Hobby Drive in Desiderata Valley, although it is hard to recognize this after such a major transformation.

The home includes 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, and an Art Room/study on the top floor. On the ground floor you will find a Living Room, Sitting Room, Patio, and Kitchen.

The beautifully landscaped exterior showcases a lake, party gazebo, pool, and hot tub. In the pool house you will find a shower, sauna, and small exercise room as well as a separate utility shed.

Note:
I have placed many sprinklers on the lot, but you will definitely want to hire a gardener and help him out as much as you can. If your sims are too lazy to garden, I strongly recommend some kind of gardening hack, like daily gardener from MATY.




PS: This lot is ready for your pooch with a water bowl in the kitchen, and a bone hidden somewhere out in that vast yard.
