Modesty is a well maintained itty-bitty barn starter with rustic charm and just a hint of modern living. No CC needed.



On the upper level of the home you will find 2 Bedrooms, and a full bath. The ground floor features living room, kitchen, and a half bath.

The home is semi-furnished with essentials for two, and is perfect for retired couples or new sims in the neighborhood. The second bedroom is left for your decorating pleasure, and could accommodate up to 2 more sims. Current furniture placement and decor leave the home rather spacious and functional despite its starter price and size.



NO burglar alarms, but telephone and fire-alarm are provided.

I have tested the barn roof in seasons, and sims remain warm all winter long. The wall height is eight clicks high, and all objects along the outer wall are usable and accessible, though you do need to use the moveobjects on cheat to place them.
