Welcome to my first sims 3 creation that i put online on modthesims , after 7 months of practicing and getting used to the building tools . (witch is awesome btw)!

beware!! you can only place this house near the beach on a slight hill because of the ground the beach villa is build on!!

This is the perfect vacation home or home for your sims to relax and live a healthy life, the house is built on pylon's so even in the most serious storm your house will still be standing safe and sturdy !!! It has a very open and modern interior and it resembles luxury and design!
