Camp Willow is a residential, multi-family house. The lot has four individual cabins with minimal furnishings and one large community building. The lot was designed around a Sim that loves the outdoors, loves gardening, and is a bit of a loner. It is the ultimate starter home coming in with a low, low price of just §4,339. Perfect for any single or couple just starting out that doesn't want to spend all their hard earned cash on their home.



The Cabin
The private cabin comes with a double bed, a dresser, a bookcase, a loveseat, and a hamper to keep the cabin tidy. It has a private porch that you can add a nice bench to it for all the Sim voyeurism you want to partake in or maybe add a telescope (moar voyeurism!) or an easel. The cabin was designed for one or two adult Sims, but you can easily add a crib/single bed for one child.

The Community Building
Sharing a bathroom isn't too bad is it?! Maybe! The community building houses two bathrooms with one containing a basic shower. It has a very basic kitchen with plenty of counter space, you can either cook indoors on the stove or grill outside. Inside has a small dining table with seating for two but there are several picnic tables outside. There is also a foosball table for a bit of entertainment.

The Grounds
Outside you will find a nice fire pit outback, but watch out for burnt marshmallows! Well unless your Sim likes them. Outside by the firepit you will find a couple of grills and picnic tables, perfect for fish grilling. Disclaimer: Fish not included! There is also a small play area for kids and adults. You will also find a few plants around the lot for your gardening type Sims. None are in perfect condition, but all are well tended and loved.

Compatibility
I have all EP/SPs but pretty sure I've used only Base+LN objects. If you have your Base+LN fully patched you will be able to successfully install this lot. You may get a warning about objects missing and will be replaced if I used anything from an EP you don't have. Doors have all been assigned to NPC's but I'm not sure if that follows through when the lot is packaged and shared. To assign to NPC's enter testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat console, then ctrl+shift click the NPC doors and select Make NPC Doors.
