Hi everyone Here I am to share another lot. I originally designed this lot for my self-sim back in The Sims 2, but I remade it a while ago, added some colors and added a bedroom, so a new crazy family from my neighborhood could live in it.

It was built in a 40x30 lot and has two floors. It requires WA, Amb, LN, HELS and FLS. It fits four sims comfortably. I hope you like it :D
