Hi everyone! Today I bring you a charming little apartment building for your sims, it's called Plenitude Residential. It has five floors and is fully furnished. Hope you like it :D

What's in each floor:
Ground level:
-Pool
-Lounge
-Hot tub

First floor:
-Piano lounge
-Bar
-Waiting area
-Gym with 2 bathrooms

Third floor:
-NPC-door/Noisy neighbors

Fourth floor:
-Skipped level. (Can be used to expand the apartment.)

Fifth floor - Apartment:
-Living room
-Office
-Kitchen
-Bathroom
-Hallway
-2 suites

To make traffic less clumsy, I've placed two elevators: one taking to the apartment floor, the other taking to the NPC-door floor. This solution worked quite well during playtesting!
