Château de l'eau ‘Castle of Water’
Local Watering Hole
The Castle of Water is an elegantly transformed gatehouse frequented by socialites who share a delight for the finer arts of the musical realm and the quality of a delicately mixed beverage.
They serve a variety of respectable drinks and have a full-service buffet and bubble bar. Groove on one of two separate dance floors or enjoy the open air to the tune of the evening’s featured orchestral collaboration.
I created this lot specifically for Riverview, as the quaint look of a little castle fit nicely onto the riverbanks and kept the charm of the little village while still introducing a nice local hangout. Because it’s a watering hole you can be ‘just anyone’ and still be admitted.
This design was in answer to the overly-modernized looks of the premade establishments from the Late Night EP. This also brings a venue for your sim bands and is a great place to find celebrities without having to go to the big city or change the look of you ‘small town’.
***EP’s Note – There is only ONE item from the ‘OUTDOOR LIVING’ stuff pack, and that’s ‘The Fence Quarters’, this item can be easily replaced by the ‘Hilt and Foil fence’ in black to achieve a very similar look to what is pictured, and maintain the Georgian style of the lot. If you don’t have this EP you can still use the lot!!***
