Moving onto Late Night in the Riverview portion of my EP Build Project, we kick off this batch of lots with a local watering hole. This lot is a painstaking recreation of a grill 'n bar that a friend of mine used to perform at, with a slight name change. Since it's primarily a restaurant in real life, the Business as Usual Bistro set could work really well with this, but it's not necessary for the lot. I have this placed at 10 Hidden Grove Lane, but it can be placed on any 30x40 lot. It looks best when placed on a corner with the patio and the parking spaces facing the streets.


The interior contains the bar and seating area, a performance area, the restrooms, and an empty "storage" room (the kitchen in real life). The exterior contains a seating patio out front, parking spaces to the side, and a parking lot out back that has been converted into an outdoor performance area.
