Makani "Marlin" Mahoe took an old fishing cabin and turned it into one of Sunset Valley's favorite local watering holes. Blue Marlin is currently run by Kaliko, Marlin's daughter, who inherited it when her father passed away. Will Kaliko make a go of her father's legacy or will she choose to follow her own path?

The Blue Marlin is renovated from the Seaside Escape lot in Isla Paradiso on Sandy Shore, Surf Island.


I also use it in Sunset Valley on this lot.

I placed a 40 x 40 lot in this area, closer to the water, not right up against the road.

The inside features a bar, and many fun activities, such as Karaoke, darts, and foosball, to name a few. There's also an outdoor bar area, grill area, fire pit and bonfire area.

Blue Marlin has been extensively playtested and sim approved


Island Paradise and Late Night items have been heavily used for this lot.
