Coming around the bend in the woods an old tower top can be seen through the trees...
An old house with a mysterious looking tower is just off the beaten path; what magical things might it hold within it's walls?
A willow tree shades most of the front enterance, and to the other side lays a small fenced off area, where chickens cluck contently. Around the side and to the back leads right into the garden and the back door. Way up on the top floor of the tower is a large open window... What's up there? Who lives here? An old wizard... another magical being?

The Mailbox is hidden under the chicken coop!
It is still fully functional, just tilt the camera to see inside the coop and click the Mailbox post sticking up behind the chicken to have your sims get the mail. Do the same to have them pay the bills; they'll set them on a free space on the invisible sack I used and you will be unable to click them directly.
Also, the handful of recolors on build items are there because I could not pin point which particular shade of wood I used, and rather risk my lot showing up with default colors of Maxis woods, I included the 3-4 I thought they could be.
