When I first saw this house, I thought, "dear me, I'd really love to build that beautiful thing, but how am I going to do those stairs?"
Well thanks to the creative genius of SimArchitect it became possible. A HUGE thanks to you SA!
This lot has been play tested...
Unfortunately I had to use moveobjects_on to place the stairs just right, making them unuseable by your sims. To remedy them having to walk the long way 'round to get from the private deck to the balcony I added a spiral staircase in the corner out of view.
On another note, half of the neighbors decided to ring the bell on the back door, you may want to visit Calakarad for "smart doors", or you could simply add a fence.
