Ample A-Frame

This plan looked fun so I decided to give it a whirl. Unfortunately, I could not make this a true A-Frame on the 2nd story due to the roof slope reducing usable living space. I made minor adjustments to the floor plan, including moving the toilet to the other side of the bathroom, because- lets face it- having the can so close to the stove is just yucky!
This lovely loft sits atop a two car garage and boasts space for storing all the "toys" your sim could want! The backyard has enough room for the outdoor enthusiast to add many garden features and/or a pool.
