As much as I love Bridgeport and the apartment living aspect of it for my Sims, I don't love the limits that come with it. I would start with a single Sim or a young couple in an apartment and it would work out fine until I'd start adding to the family. And if you're like me, I'd still like my Sims to live in the city, but really don't want to move them out over the bridge where all of the "Posh" Sims live. However, the lots that are just outside the city are very small (20x20) and the houses that are already on the lots just aren't to my taste.

So, for my like-minded Simmers, I have decided to start a series of small, livable, craftsman style houses built especially for those 20x20 lots just outside the city. Each house will be fully furnished and have its own set of features to set it apart from the others, but they will all have several things in common: fit perfectly on a 20x20 lot, a cozy yet easily navigable layout, have a fully landscaped yard, and plenty of charm!
