Though I have been building since Sims 1, this is the first time I've had the confidence to share one of my creations. And so, I present my first upload.

South Oak is a cozy southern style ranch home boasting a split bedroom floor plan and open concept layout. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, den, and garage, which could easily be converted to a workshop for artistic or experiment-minded Sims. The front and back yards have been completely landscaped and include a side garden perfect for growing veggies or a fruit orchard.

The open kitchen features "recessed" lighting, stainless steel appliances, an in-kitchen pantry, plenty of counter space, and a bar that opens to the eating nook and living room. The main living areas have an open flow, allowing for Sims to move through each room with ease, while keeping each area clearly defined.

This house fits perfectly on a 20x30 lot and fits comfortably a family of 4 (5 if you use the den as a 4th bedroom). A Jack and Jill style bathroom connects the two smaller rooms on one wing of the house, while the other wing holds a spacious Master Suite, allowing for better privacy.
