Quaint bungalow with master bedroom/art studio/office in the attic loft.
3 bedrooms, two full baths, open plan living/dining and kitchen area. Covered porch in front, with a deck along the side.

The two first floor bedrooms are both large enough to hold double beds. I furnished one with two single beds and one as a nursery, but they are easily converted to other uses.
Master bedroom in loft features en suite bathroom, and is set up with writing desk and easel for painting.


Half of the attic space is open to the floor below. I used the monorail fencing to create beams across the open space. I like to pretend they are wired, and have suspened ceiling lights in the dining and kitchen areas from them. (Well, if you look too closely, the ceiling lights are hanging below the beams, not really suspended from them properly, but it's better than having ceiling lights with nothing at all above them.)
If you need more living space, the open area could be walled in and floored to create more second floor rooms.

There is a parking space for one car in the front yard. Another could be added if needed.

I tried to not use any store items on this lot, but I did use the bare bulb light fixture from the store as I can't seem to do without it. If you don't have that object, the game will replace it with another light fixture.

I used two custom patterns by Plum, a TS2 carpet texture conversion, and her Swirly Clouds theme patter in the nursery. Patterns are included in zip. Check out Plum's for more custom patterns.
