Picked Upload!   This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Fresh air, crisp and cold, blowing through pines and clearing sim minds . . .the tranquility will only be broken by an occasional brag, insult, or tease, perhaps followed by a poke or a shove. At least the house has all the comforts and lots of space including 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bedrooms, formal living and dining, kitchen with dinette, study, and large back patio with barbecue and jacuzzi. Invite in lots of friends and have a rocking New Year's Eve party!

I added an unfurnished version with white walls for people who like to customize.
