Here is my first Sims 3 upload. It is a 3BR 2BA Farm House. Has a unattached garage. Large Barn. Pond. Wood burning stove for heating the house. It is completely furnished. It sits on a medium sized lot. Has a large basement that is partially finished. The other half is the creepy kind of basement that can be used for storage.
