This Three Bedroom, Two Bathroom home is ideal for an established Sim family, it hosts a master bedroom with en suite, a smaller bedroom with a desk for your Sim Child to do his/her homework and a large spare room that can be made into a study, a bedroom, a games room, anything really.


There is a single unit garage with a parking space, though if your Sim is against having a car, the space can be removed and the garage can be converted into something else.

The kitchen is furnished with marble counters, however the items currently installed are moderately basic to allow for improvements and upgrades, it also has a small "laundry room" type area where you can install Dishwashers and trash compacters should you desire them.
