Welcome to Wellesby House. This is a two bedroomed house with two bathrooms. It has kitchen with with space to eat at and a dining room. Off of the dining room is the downstairs bathroom for guests. That follows through to the lounge. Outside there are areas for the kids to play plus a little secluded area with a chess table. It also has a patio. There is no garage but offroad parking has been provided. Upstairs the house benefits from two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. I was inspired to build this house from an airbnb advert on Facebook.

It is built on a 20 x 20 lot and costs 102,825.
