Grenickery is a small modern house built for the young and growing professional family. With a study and two bedrooms already built, it offers either possibilities for room conversion or for extension up and/or over the attached garage.

The light and airy hallway opens onto all the downstairs rooms, offering easy access around the house.

A small bathroom to the right cuts down the use of the stairs, and next to that a sun room with TV and other fun skilling objects.

First on the left is the lounge, a relaxing room for watching a film in style, enjoying a book, or hanging out with your friends when they come to visit.


And towards the back of the house the kitchen diner offers views and access onto the garden. Your sim will be able to sit on the patio, swim in the pool, wander in the garden or grow produce in the greenhouse, and for the children a swing.


Upstairs the master bedroom and the single bedroom share the bathroom. The small study allows your business-minded sims to manage things from the home.

Although definitely high-end, when fully furnished, unfurnished this lot could belong to your sims for just over 40,000 simoleons!
