This is Wit's End. It was named as such, as I knew it would take me to my wit's end to keep it under 20K as a starter home, and in the end I failed, so blew the budget and added a garage, small garden and some fencing.

This is a small two bedroom house, suitable for a small family with one child/toddler. The furnishings and decoration are very basic, in keeping with a cheap property. There is no CC.

The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor:
Kitchen, lounge, dining room

1st Floor:
1x Double bedroom with en-suite, 1x single bedroom with en-suite.
