The Lookout

The Lookout a Pirripirri Surf Shop

During the upload process of Pirripirri it was suggested by the hood moderator to include a few community type lots (not possible at the time) and subsequently echoed in Pirripirri comments by makabaer, so The Lookout.

The Lookout is a little more than a shop, it functions as a social hub for the islands surfing community, as well as the usual beach activities sims can surf with the inclusion of maybesomethingdunno's Surf's Up, showcase that special dive from the board on the pier or for the more genteel enjoy a quiet game of chess. Inside the shop sims can relax watching television or scan the Ocean from the lookout deck.

The Lookout has been tested as an owned business. All of the employees motives are catered for avoiding red faces, hissy fits and crossed legs. I sold maybesomethingdunnos', Maylins and blake_boys' surfboards setting a price, selling and restocking, happily everything worked perfectly.
Please download and install Surf's Up by maybesomethingdunno before installing the lot to play The Lookout for the best possible experience.

The two foodstands were made using an invisible recolours by Ailias please download them and install before installing the lot. They generate income in an owned business and work normally on a community lot.

The public toilets are located behind the foodstalls.

Installation

In most cases beachlots are best placed where they were created. Remove 1 Pirripirri and install an empty 3x5 beachlot to level the road. Bulldoze the empty lot and install The Lookout. Check the location picture for placement.

For Marvines spiral stairs to work correctly the Marvine-SpiralStairs-ANIMS.rar file is required you can get it here

I'm not sure if this applies to community lots but to maintain the condition of the garden I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology
