Beautiful 3-level seaside living in the traditional shingled beach cottage style.

This home features a gym, game room and fabulous art deco bar on the ground level, 4 themed bedrooms and 2 baths on the second level. On the third level you will find formal and casual living and dining along with a bedroom/nursery suite.

The St.Clairs don't have much in the way of green thumbs and only cacti and palm trees will grow on their sandy soil so they lean toward potted plants. Their landscaping may easily be removed for a savings of about $15K

So far my only elevator lot and only one with some feeble experiments with floor elevation. These have all been play-tested.

Built on the east beach of Moon Islands, it also fits in Three Lakes.

Your lot will look okay if you don't bother to get these but I just love the way the fabric looks around the dining area and the sheers are used in one of the bedrooms. You will find yourself using these a lot. I hope I included the right recolor of the Drapery Dreams by CTNutmegger. There are a bunch and you should go get them all.

The animation files for the spiral stairs are included with the .rar file. Please place in your downloads folder.

Contains no content from FT/Al/Ikea but was packaged after installation of those EPs.
