I am an avid Farmville player, and when I saw the adorable restaurant in the Lighthouse Cove neighborhood, I decided to make a version of it for my Sims.

The restaurant is a two-story building on a 2x1 lot with seating on both floors. Behind the restaurant is a small paved area that could be used as a parking lot.

In nice weather, customers can sit outside in front of the restaurant as well as upstairs on the porch.

Lot Price: $37,318
