This 2 BR starter house comes fully furnished plus a few extras (burglar alarm, computer, upgraded couch, upgraded bed). It's on a 2X2 lot and costs $19030. All items are from Maxis.

I've also cleaned out the furniture for those that may just want the empty house to decorate themselves.
