I got a request for a dutch house here so I had a go at it. Im not quite sure if it turned out "dutch", but dutch'ish maby.

Its a 2 story medium sized house on a 5x5 lot.

Outdoor:
-> A large front and side garden with a big pond with 4 island to the front left.
- Island 1 has a beautiful gazeebo with seeting.
- Island 2 connects the 3 other islands.
- Island 3 has a wishing well and seeting.
- Island 4 has a small fountaing "buildt into" a brick wall and seeting.
To get over to the islands you walk over my beautiful wrought iron bridges
-> A new 4 tile wrought iron gate in the front. (Wall sized Window. Only for show.)
-> A new picket fence placed on top of the small red brick ingame fence. (Wall sized Window. Only for show.)
-> A large swiming pool with a raised sun deck in the side garden.
-> A Greenhouse + a small "flower garden" in the back left of the garden
-> A sandbox with a swing in the front right of the garden
-> A veranda with seeting in the back.

1'rst floor:
-> A 2 car garage.
-> A large open area that contains: Entrance, kitchen with a breakfast section, living room with a fireplace, dining room and stairs up to the 2'nd floor.
-> A small bathroom.
-> A Study / Library.
-> The master bed room with 2 private bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 bath) and a dressing room.
-> A kitchen pantry.
-> 1 small empty 2x3 room.

2'nd floor:
-> 2 bedrooms. 1 girl and 1 boy. Both with a private bathroom and a dressing room.
-> A tv room.
-> A fun n Play room with a fireplace.
-> A small gym with a shower.

A bit expencive maby, but you get a lot of house and garden for you'r money here :bump:
