A Fishermans Home - Uni Req (No hacks)

I found this house on the web and it reminded me of my grandfathers house. So, as the fisherman he was (RIP) it became the fishermans home.
Located by the sea it has its own lighthouse and a small "pier" for a boat.

After the poor old fisherman past on to the other side the house was fully renovated to todays living standars. This with new doors, windows, outside paneling and all.
The pool that was build during the renovating period is sunken down in the deck in the back of the house. And off course there are room for both sun bathing and bubble pooling bathing there.

The house has:

1'rst floor
-> 3 bed rooms
-> 1 bath room
-> Living area with fireplace and an office corner

2'nd floor
-> 1 bed room
-> 1,5 bath rooms
-> Kitchen with fireplace
-> Dining room
-> Living area with fireplace

3'rd floor
-> 1 bath room
-> Fun n entertainment room with fireplace

The lighthous is 4 floors high. There are also 3 empty rooms there that can be furnished if needed.

I have had this house laying arroud for a while, but didnt upload it. I just had to learn how to recolour stairs n other things first.

--Paintings
--Doors + + +

As allways there are 2 rar + pic. Furnished at 272.000 n unfurnished at 99.000

So take a look at it n let me know what you all think of it.


PS! In the unfurnished v I left some of the outside lighting and the lights/pic in the stairway + the fireplaces. This to keep the design of the house and the fact that the stairway is not easy to decorate. Need great use of "boolprop constrainfloorelevation false" and other cheat codes.
