I've been having so much fun with wgroome's foundation contest, that it inspired me to build a different way. I usually go to Google images to find an idea, but for this house, I just built a non-boxy foundation and went from there. It's a challenge to make the house fit the foundation without having an end goal in sight. The house sort of builds itself and you're along for the ride! This foundation yielded a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with all the usual living areas and nice hot tub in the countryish feel back yard. No cc was used in the building of this lot. One note about the attic room, the bookcases along the far wall won't be usable by sims, but there is another bookcase that is. Thank you and best wishes to all!

Thanks to Jylla for bringing an issue to my attention. The bookcases and countertops in the attic room were actually placed in the dead space beneath so that they would be lower and not stick up through the roof. I also placed a counter in the basement so that the top of it would show up as a hearth for the fireplace. Please use the cheat move_objects on to make them show up properly.

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: 98,052
