This is a large and airy house right on the water specially built for Sjader, based on the following:

Your Sims will have plenty of room with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, formal living and dining, and covered deck sitting area on the second floor. Though on the water, this is not a beach lot. It was built on the Moon Islands terrain:

Your Sims will have quite a walk from the street down to the house. Though lushly landscaped, only a few shrubs on the front porch will need trimming. Hope you will enjoy this house as much as I did building it!
